More local shops we love...

I know how much you’ve been wondering where else the Farmer’s Body products are sold in the local area, so we’ve got our second installment of local shops today. Check out these fabulous shops in Vermont and Maine. 

Brownsville Butcher and Pantry, located in Brownsville, Vermont is a small specialty grocery that sells both everyday items, like ice cream, soap, wine and freshly butchered meat, to more unique products that you won’t be able to find in other stores. Chapman’s General has been serving Fairlee, VT in one form or another since 1807. What began as a general store and meeting place for the community has developed into a place where one will find not only crafts by local artists and natural body care products but also fresh, local summer produce and other New England foods. Established in 1928, the Clover Gift Shop in Woodstock, VT has been an established go-to for unique gifts and home decor for almost 100 years. It began as a woman-owned and operated shop and continues to be so today. They are open Monday through Saturday from 10 to 5 and Sunday from 11 to 3. (https://clovergiftshop.com/)

In Trenton, ME, you will find what has been deemed “the best little gift shop in Trenton” – Country Keepsakes. You can buy an assortment of lawn decor, including but not limited to ornaments, sculptures, lighthouses, and statues. They are open May through mid-December every day from 9am to 6pm. In West Corinth, just 3 miles from the Crossmolina Farm, is the Crossmolina Cookeville Market, where you can find fresh produce, poultry, pork, beef, eggs, and bread from the farm along with products from more than 30 local artisans, farms, brewers, etc. It’s a full grocery shopping experience of local products, and it’s open Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30am to 6pm as well as Saturdays from 8:30am to 2pm.
